Job Description

Manage, update, source, and maintain the company’s event talent pool as per above objectivesProvide input to ensure that the talent pool and the teams consist of diverse, qualified individualsCreate and implement an end-to-end hiring process to ensure a positive experience for candidates coming for both the talent pool as well as the internal vacanciesDesign and implement plans and procedures to forecast, prepare and deliver hiring and talent hunt campaigns for all staffing/manpower projects & requirementsEnsure that talent and staffing needs are being metDevise and implement attraction campaigns to further populate the event talent poolReview and update the event talent pools database on ongoing basisIdentify talent needs, candidate selection criteria, candidate profiles and liaise with management as well as internal teams to determine recruitment needs for both the talent pool and internal vacanciesSource applicants through online and offline channels, such as recruitment sites (Likednin, Indeed, Instagram), job boards, social platforms, as well as print media, posters, and flyers, when required and other professional networksCreate job descriptions and interview/screening questions that reflect  requirements for both the talent pool and each internal positionCompile lists of most-suitable candidates by assessing their CVs, portfolios, and referencesEvaluate applications and screen candidates via calls, emails, profiles, as well as facilitating preinterview assessmentsCompile interview questions and conduct in-person or video call interviews where required.Prepare hiring forecasts as part of the company's event business requirementsGenerate monthly updates for company’s leadership about current talent pool status and upcoming talent acquisition initiativesSuggest new ideas and trends for improving talent acquisition activitiesOrganize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipelineCreate a documenting process and maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders when requestedSupport company employees with the day-to-day HR operations.
