Job Description
• Support on and coordinate the overall marketing, social media, and creative tasks of the company• Coordinate the roll-out of the revamped brand creative and the social media approachesKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:• Coordinate, and implement the marketing activities of the company as a tool to promote theimage, increase the brand awareness, and increase the brand attraction• Coordinate and handle:o the onboarding of the selected social media agency and creative agencyo the output from both agencieso the collaboration between the company, the agencies, and the suppliers• Coordinate the production, in collaboration with the agencies, of a wholistic marketing approachincluding a plan for the year to come• Support ongoing social media activities in coordination with the social media agency• Support in developing marketing guidelines, and reference documents• Coordinate the development of a social media calendar with the social media agency• Coordinate the revamp and the roll-out of the existing brand identity with the creative agency• Coordinate the creation of the marketing materials library• Maintain and support social media presence across all digital channels• Research new and creative marketing approaches• Coordinate and proof-check all marketing material• Coordinate the acquisition of reports and analytics from the related contracted agencies• Collaborate with all internal teams to define and support their marketing objectives• Support the internal team with immediate campaign or marketing requirements where necessary
