Job Description

•Supervise and coordinate the company’s logistics operations in an
efficient manner

•Supervise the loading and unloading of materials to and from vessels,
as well as bunkering in close coordination with the operations team

•Prepare the documents necessary for the movement of materials such as
cargo loading manifest

•Coordinate with the logistics team of supply companies and ensure
timely collection of incoming materials at the jetty for unloading

•Ensure that 24-hour duty coverage is available to meet emergency
requirements

•Maintain a record of service company rental tools and personal

• Required Skills : Bachelor Degree, Diploma in Logistics or Relevant Discipline Required 5 years’ experience in Oil & Gas Offshore operations preferable in Abu Dhabi, at least 3 years’ in supervisory Proficient knowledge of Logistics procedure and policy UAE driving license mandatory Proficient in Microsoft Office Good knowledge of port operations especially in Abu Dhabi
