Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:The Estimator is
responsible for all estimation works in joinery and fit-out works. Applicant
must have the foundation knowledge in woods and quantity surveying.
- Responsible for estimation process.
- Prepares work to be estimated by gathering proposals, blueprints,
specifications, and related documents.
- Identifies labor, material, and time requirements by studying proposals,
blueprints, specifications, and related documents.
- Computes costs by analyzing labor, material, and time requirements.
- Presents prepared estimate by assembling and displaying numerical and
descriptive information.
- Prepares special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing
information and trends.
- Maintains cost data base by entering and backing up data.
- Understanding drawings and joinery technical issues.
- Visiting sites to gather information needed.
REQUIREMENTS:-Minimum of 5 years
experience in similar position.-Indian nationals are required.- Bachelor's Degree in related field.
