Job Title - Finance Specialist Work location - UAE - Abu Dhabi JD :As a finance Specialist , Responsible for well Bore Intervention revenue and cost . Responsible for billing & tracking.Responsibilities :Conducting related General Ledger (GL)closing activities with accruals and liabilitiesMonitoring and reviewing the deposit ,Prepayment,parked invoices,ARIBA NON - PO AccrualsPreparing JV for prepayment , ARIBA Non PO - AccrualsPreparing and review the monthly balance sheet reconciliations prepared by the BHI team and Accenture Governance of Quality Audit Reconciliation prepared by the BHI Team and AccentureAnalysing on regular basis on posting of general entry and reclassification , advising for improvements and corrective actionsSupporting Balance Sheet flux commentaries on quarterly basisConducting related General Ledger closing activities in time and accordance to the set guidelinesContributes to project as a team member Working closely with business , FP & A to ensure the tasks completed as per stipulated time lineWorking independently on daily tasks with minimal supervision Work closely with external and internal Auditors to assist in completion of all auditsAny other duties as required Requirements / Qualification :Have Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or
related fieldHave 3-4 Years experience in General Accounting/working experience in the related field is required for this positionHave good attention to detail with good analytical skillsHave experience in Shared service is an add advantageHave a good working knowledge and understanding of ERP system - SAP is an added advantageMust have experience in oil & Gas Industry
