DUTIES:Processes job analysis, develops & maintains existing/new job descriptionsprepare and develop the job description template based on the nature of the projectPrepares Annual reports, analyzing and summarizing data of all the HR Activities Co-ordinates recruiting, selection and employment processcontrols & maintains manpower plan and prepares related monthly & weekly reports Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives Maintains personnel files in compliance with applicable requirements Responsible for Man power planning-understand the organizations needs ad make sure those needs are met when recruiting for new positions.Identifying the right skill & responsible for mobilization of the employeesCoordinating with IT Dept & reporting to IT Manager
